How to clean your Gold-Filled
or Sterling Silver Chain to restore its shine and luster.
Fill a small bowl halfway with warm water and a couple of drops of dish soap. Soak your gold-filled or sterling silver necklace in soapy water for 10-15 minutes before wearing it. Gentle brushing on the chain with a toothbrush is recommended.
A small build up of dirt may accumulate on your crystal where the chain is threaded through, just use the soapy toothbush to clean that as well.
- Avoid exercising, swimming in chlorinated pools or in the ocean. In addition, avoid direct contact with beauty products such as lotion or perfume.
